Job Description

Our Front Office Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations at multi-physician and multi-practice locations.

Schedule

Monday through Friday

Responsibilities
  • Schedule patients for appointments and provide necessary information to prepare them for medical procedures. Initiate confirmation calls to reduce no-shows.
  • Check patients in and out
  • Collect co-payments, enter charges, and maintain fee schedules
  • Verify authorizations and transmit fax information
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for authorizations and referrals
  • Enter patient health and insurance information
Skills and Experience
  • Medical front office or patient service experience preferred
  • EMS (EzDerm) experience preferred
