Medical Front Office - Patient Service Specialist - Float

Join us for the Medical Front Office - Patient Service Specialist - Float role at Healthworks.

Overview:

• Position: Medical Front Office - Patient Service Specialist - FLOAT
• Location: Morgantown, PA
• Type of Employment: Per Diem/PRN (Hours are not guaranteed)
• Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary), Up to 2 evenings until 7pm

Pay Range: $14.50/hr - $15.00/hr (based on experience)

As a Patient Service Specialist, you'll manage both patient interactions and administrative tasks at our outpatient physical therapy center. Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, communicating with external parties, collecting co-pays, managing payer approvals, and conducting insurance verifications.

Qualifications:
