Position Overview

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: Crestview Hills, KY

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays (8am to 5pm)

Starting Compensation: $16.50/hour (Pending experience)

Role Summary

As a Patient Service Specialist, you will manage both the patient and business sides of our outpatient physical therapy center, creating an exceptional experience for patients from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and register patients, and inform them about their visit and next appointment
  • Schedule appointments via in-person and phone communication
  • Communicate with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams
  • Manage co-pays, insurance authorizations, and verifications
Qualifications
  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Healthcare experience
