Job summary

WS Audiology USA is seeking a Client Experience Specialist in Richardson, TX to ensure excellent hearing care for clients. You will manage appointment scheduling, maintain patient charts, and deliver friendly, proactive service to walk-ins and scheduled clients.

You will handle basic troubleshooting, product knowledge, and office tasks while participating in ongoing training and benefits programs. This on-site role offers growth through CES Advisory Board involvement and field support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and office administration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients and coworkers.
  • Proficiency with computers including scheduling software and MS Office.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client charts and ensure information is up to date.
  • Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls and provide friendly customer service.
  • Manage clinic schedule for walk-ins, curbside and scheduled appointments.
  • Enter stock and custom orders, perform weekly inventory audits.
  • Maintain accurate records of cash and deposits and end-of-day settlements.
  • Maintain a clean, inviting environment and stay updated on HearUSA products.
  • Assist with basic hearing aid troubleshooting and cleaning.
  • Support with HearAssist and remote care as needed.

What you will do:

  • Maintainclient charts and ensure information is up to date
  • Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls and provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service
  • Manages clinic schedule to ensure efficient and expedient patient care for walk-in/curbside appointments, scheduled appointments, and potential clients
  • Enter stock and custom orders, perform weekly inventory audit to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of cash and bank deposits and perform all end of day processes and reports/ settlements
  • Maintains a clean, inviting, and friendly environment
  • Maintain basic knowledge of hearing aid technology and be able to perform basic cleaning/repair functions
  • Assist with basic hearing aid trouble shooting via telephone or in-person and clean and checks
  • Maintain knowledge of current HearUSA's products, promotions and pricing. As needed, facilitate and support with HearAssist and remote care

Pays :$19hr
