Role Overview

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will ensure clients' needs are met promptly, maintain organized schedules, and uphold our commitment to Simply Excellent Hearing Care.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update client charts
  • Provide friendly customer service through welcome and confirmation calls
  • Manage clinic schedules for walk-in, curbside, scheduled, and potential clients
  • Enter stock and custom orders; conduct weekly inventory audits
  • Record cash and bank deposits; perform end-of-day processes and reports
  • Maintain a clean, inviting environment
  • Perform basic hearing aid cleaning and troubleshooting
  • Stay informed about HearUSA products, promotions, and remote care support
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service and office administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
