Job summary

Community Memorial Health System is seeking a Clinic Receptionist to support busy clinic operations in Ventura. Under supervision, you will greet patients, complete registration forms, verify insurance, and enter patient data accurately while directing calls and maintaining patient flow.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one month of front-desk experience, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, one month receptionist/administrative support experience, and current BLS certification.
• Preferred qualifications: front office medical reception experience, bilingual in Spanish, knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration forms, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, and accurately enter/update patient information.
• Receive and direct clinic telephone calls and maintain smooth flow of patients throughout the clinic.
