Job summary

University Radiology in Freehold, NJ is hiring a Full Time Medical Receptionist to greet patients, verify demographics, and manage check-ins at the front desk of our imaging office.

The role runs Monday through Friday 11:30 am – 8:00 pm with one Saturday per month, and offers a 15% shift differential. Excellent communication and computer literacy are required to ensure smooth scheduling and accurate patient data.

Qualifications

• Medical front desk experience preferred.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of pre-certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients when entering the facility.
• Confirm and enter patient demographic information into their profiles.
• Validate appointments against the prescription to make sure it matches.
• Collect payments for appointments in accordance with payment policies.
