Position: Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a passionate individual dedicated to hearing healthcare. Your role will involve meeting client needs promptly, maintaining organized schedules, and delivering Simply Excellent Hearing Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain client records and ensure information accuracy
  • Handle welcome and confirmation calls, providing friendly customer service
  • Manage clinic schedules for walk-in, curbside, and scheduled appointments
  • Process stock and custom orders, conduct weekly inventory audits
  • Record cash and bank transactions accurately and perform end-of-day procedures
  • Create a welcoming environment
  • Develop basic knowledge of hearing aid technology, perform cleaning and minor repairs
  • Assist with troubleshooting via phone or in-person, support remote care and promotions
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service and office administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills, professional rapport building
  • Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, MS Office
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills
