Sunrise Dermatology in Daphne, AL is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, check in and out, verify benefits, and maintain patient records to ensure smooth operations.

This role supports a dermatology practice with two Mohs surgeons, requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of medical office experience, and offers benefits after 30 days with growth opportunities. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of medical office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Register new patients and update demographics; verify insurance benefits.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and schedule appointments with accuracy.
• Maintain patient flow and keep the reception area organized and stocked.
• Process payments and manage medical records as needed.
