Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Front Desk Representative for the Camas location to provide outstanding patient service. You will greet patients, collect co-pays, verify insurance, answer phones, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork. Evening shift from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co- pays , obtainin g and completing insurance information, answering phone calls , and scheduling appointment s .
