Job summary

Encompass is hiring for a Floor Tech to safeguard health and safety in medical environments, keeping facilities spotless and sanitized. You’ll learn Encompass's methods and use our equipment to maintain floors, supporting patients, staff, and visitors.

With a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, you’ll work Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm, at competitive pay and with paid training provided. Prior floor tech experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Team-focused and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a floor tech is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Carpet maintenance: shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard floor restoration: stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Support the team: moving furniture and managing supplies.
