Encompass is hiring for Floor Tech roles to safeguard the health and safety of patients, staff, and visitors in medical environments. You’ll transform floors using Encompass tools and methods, performing daily cleaning, carpet maintenance, and hard floor restoration.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. Competitive pay listed at $15.00 per hour with a flexible Mon-Fri schedule and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt to floor care routines.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs throughout shifts.
• Team-oriented with a flexible approach to fast-paced work.
• No prior floor tech experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming.
• Carpet maintenance: shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard floor restoration: stripping, waxing, buffing.
• Support team by moving furniture and managing supplies.
