This is a full-time, remote position that requires daily local travel to in-person patient appointments. Due to anticipated business growth, we are open to considering candidates in various locations within the Greater Atlanta area.

As a Field Case Manager, you will work closely with treating physicians/providers, employers, customers, legal representatives, and the injured/disabled person to create and implement a treatment plan that returns the injured/disabled person back to work appropriately, ensure appropriate and cost-effective healthcare services, achievement of maximum medical recovery and return to an optimal level of work and functioning. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $70,600 - $80,000 annually and includes eligibility to participate in a performance based bonus program. Your compensation will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
