Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience evaluating facility conditions to identify routine maintenance and repair needs under established guidance; reviewing contractor work to verify basic compliance with project plans and standards; assessing building systems to verify operational status and document issues.
• For GS-11: One year of specialized experience evaluating facility conditions to identify maintenance, repair, and improvement needs across buildings, grounds, and utilities; monitoring contracted work for compliance; reviewing technical drawings for scope and impact; assessing mechanical and/or utility systems for capacity, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Education

Master's degree or 2 years graduate study in engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration

Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree in engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration
