Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Medical Office Cleaner to support Maniilaq Health Association in Kotzebue, AK. This non-rotational role involves cleaning and sanitizing facilities, restocking supplies, and assisting with laundry as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning various areas, dusting, trash removal, and maintaining storage areas, while following safety policies and using appropriate PPE. English fluency and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months experience with cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and callouts.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize and restock hallways, offices and restrooms.
• Dust high and low surfaces and wipe down various surfaces.
• Remove and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and cleaning solutions for all tasks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly cart and storage areas.
• May assist in laundry and/or linen removal.
• Replenish guest supplies and amenities as required.
• May scrub, strip, extract, wax and buff floors with proper equipment.
• Change light bulbs and perform light facility maintenance.
• Recognize and use proper PPE; adhere to safety policies.
