Steristat Cleaning Solutions is seeking a dependable Medical Facilities Cleaner to support healthcare clients in Grove City, Ohio. This part-time role covers cleaning offices, exam rooms, waiting areas, corridors, and restrooms, with shifts after 6 PM and 4–6 hours per night.

You will follow site procedures, use cleaning products safely, and maintain a clean, sanitary environment for patients and staff. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and background/drug checks are required;

Medical Facilities Cleaner - Part Time

Steristat Cleaning Solutions is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Medical Facilities Cleaners to support our healthcare clients by maintaining clean, sanitary, and professional environments.

Steristat specializes in cleaning services for healthcare and other mission-critical environments where cleanliness, reliability, and attention to detail matter. Our team follows documented, site-specific procedures and quality standards to consistently deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize medical offices, exam rooms, waiting areas, corridors, restrooms, and other assigned areas.

• Perform nightly cleaning and sanitation duties according to established procedures and facility requirements.

• Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and professional environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.

• Pay close attention to high-touch areas and other areas requiring thorough cleaning and disinfection.

• Properly use cleaning products, equipment, and supplies.

• Follow all company and site-specific cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

• Consistently complete all assigned duties each night within the scheduled timeframe.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• Approximately 20–25 hours per week

• Start time is usually after 6:00 PM

• Shifts are approximately 4–6 hours per night

Pay:

• $18 per hour ($15/hour base pay + $3/hour quality bonus for maintaining the required cleaning standards)

• Employees can expect to earn $18/hour when quality standards are met
