Steristat Cleaning Solutions is seeking dependable Medical Facilities Cleaners to support healthcare clients by maintaining clean, sanitary, and professional environments.

You will work evenings or nights cleaning medical offices, exam rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms, following site procedures and safety rules. A valid driver’s license is required, and background and drug screening are standard parts of the hiring process.

Medical Facilities Cleaner - Part Time

Steristat Cleaning Solutions is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Medical Facilities Cleaners to support our healthcare clients by maintaining clean, sanitary, and professional environments.

Steristat specializes in cleaning services for healthcare and other mission-critical environments where cleanliness, reliability, and attention to detail matter. Our team follows documented, site-specific procedures and quality standards to consistently deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and sanitize medical offices, exam rooms, waiting areas, corridors, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Perform nightly cleaning and sanitation duties according to established procedures and facility requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and professional environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
• Pay close attention to high-touch areas and other areas requiring thorough cleaning and disinfection.
• Properly use cleaning products, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow all company and site-specific cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Consistently complete all assigned duties each night within the scheduled timeframe.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required every day.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Approximately 20–25 hours per week
• Start time is usually after 6:00 PM
• Shifts are approximately 4–6 hours per night

Pay:

• $18 per hour ($15/hour base pay + $3/hour quality bonus for maintaining the required cleaning standards)
• Employees can expect to earn $18/hour when quality standards are met
