Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel in the Medical Events Group and oversee case reviews.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of Vigilance Reports to global competent authorities.
• Train and guide MEG members and collaborate with Customer Service and Complaints groups.
• Monitor metrics and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of medical events reporting.
• Support data verification, risk evaluations, CAPAs, and regulatory reporting activities.
