Job summary

Agiliti in Charlotte, NC seeks a Medical Equipment Technician II to perform maintenance and verification on company and customer-owned medical equipment, ensuring devices work to manufacturer specs.

Responsibilities include inspection, calibration, and repair of beds, pumps, monitors, with timely paper trail for billing and regulatory compliance. Ability to lift and travel as needed is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with movable medical equipment (MME) and patient handling equipment (PHE).
• Basic computer skills and understanding of computer networks and equipment interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair service on various medical devices including medical beds, infusion pumps, patient monitoring equipment.
• Complete all paperwork and computer data entry accurately and promptly to ensure complete documentation for billing and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clinical staff on the topics of equipment features, functionality, etc.
