Ethos Therapy Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Technical Specialist to deliver, remove, service, and maintain durable medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities in the North Charleston area.

You will travel daily in a company vehicle (up to 250+ miles) and join a on-call rotation, with a focus on safety and accuracy in documentation and equipment handling.

Formación

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid license with minimum 3 years of driving experience and insurable at standard automobile rates.
• Customer support/service experience.
• Proficient with standard technology devices and apps (mobile phones, tablets).

Responsabilidades

• Schedules and completes deliveries and removals of medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities.
• Keeps accurate records of delivery, pick-up, maintenance and repair activities.
• Demonstrates and explains general operation and proper use of medical equipment to patient/customer.
• Works on-call rotation.
• Responsible for all general warehouse and fleet vehicle upkeep.
• Adheres to all company safety and compliance policies.

The job requires daily travel using a company vehicle. The service area may extend 250+ miles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedules and completes deliveries and removals of medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities.
• Keeps accurate records of delivery, pick-up, maintenance and repair activities.
• Demonstrates and explains general operation and proper use of medical equipment to patient/customer.
• Works on-call rotation.
• Responsible for all general warehouse and fleet vehicle upkeep.
• Adheres to all company safety and compliance policies.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid license with minimum 3 years driving experience. Must be insurable at standard automobile rates at all times.
• Customer support/service experience.
• Proficient with standard technology devices and Apps (mobile phones, tablets, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical or Trade School training or certification.
• Work experience in the medical device industry or healthcare industry.

Physical and Safety Requirements:

• Ability to sit, kneel, bend, or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to safety lift, move or transport, 50-75 lbs. with and without physical aids.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for short and long-distance travel.
• Must wear provided personal protective equipment including but not limited to safety shoes, gloves, and protective clothing.
