Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring an Equipment Technician Supervisor to oversee a team responsible for cleaning and disinfecting medical equipment. The role involves directing technicians, scheduling work, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The supervisor will monitor performance, provide coaching, and escalate issues as needed to meet service levels and maintain site operations. Comfortable with shift variability and field travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required based on business needs.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Equipment Technician staff and coordinate activities.
• Oversee disinfection and cleaning of medical equipment.
• Develop working schedules and monitor hours, attendance and performance.
• Ensure training on safety policies and procedures for new employees.
• Communicate with stakeholders and report to supervisor.
• Maintain quality, safety inspections and compliance with contracts.
