Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an Equipment Technician to safely clean and disinfect medical equipment while maintaining department par levels. You will read inventory sheets, follow infection control policies, and support a team in daily operations on a Sunday–Thursday shift from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Ability to read inventory forms.
• Proficient reading/writing in English.
• Able to read and interpret procedures and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe use.

Responsibilities

• Walk and stand for long periods.
• Respond to hospital staff calls and emails.
• Clean and disinfect medical equipment using approved disinfectants.
• Read par sheets and inventory levels.
• Follow infection control policies and safety rules.
• Obtain supplies via stock process.
• Perform duties on daily schedule and in team with others.
• Operate pushcart to transport equipment.
• Maintain clean work area and report hazards.
• Follow all protocols and company procedures.
