We do sales, service, maintenance, and installation, serving California and Northern Nevada.

We have an immediate opening for a combination Sales, Repair and Installation Rep to join our growing team to provide great service to our many disabled clients, including veterans.

We provide excellent hands-on training. Previous experience will allow you to earn a higher income. Your territory will be from Bakersfield to Merced, CA and travel is required. Training includes travel to our main office in Brentwood, California (near Stockton), and to several suppliers across the US.

  • Work independently as a Sales Rep to close sales opportunities from leads provided to you from the main office and from leads and relationships that you must generate on your own.
  • You will also perform repairs and installations of the products.
  • Coordinate repairs and purchase orders with our Operations Coordinator and other staff.
  • You may be required to work longer days during the training period, with occasional Saturdays, to complete the training faster.
  • The initial training period will last between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your previous experience. Ongoing training will be required to maintain levels of proficiency.

  • Construction and framing experience.
  • Understanding of low voltage electronic circuitry & troubleshooting.
  • You must be capable of work in attics occasionally to identify ceiling joist construction and perform the ceiling track installations and repairs as needed.
  • You will have a good sense of math calculations to measure and calculate accurately, including metric measurements.
  • A general knowledge of medical conditions would be a major help as you will be dealing with clients with many different disabilities in wheelchairs most of the time.
  • The right person will have an outstanding reputation customer service (this will be verified).
Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
  • You must agree to and pass a background check.
  • Excellent communication skills - Bilingual Spanish/English is a major plus.
  • You must take a personality assessment to make sure you have the skills we are looking for.

  • The ability to use a multi-meter and all hand and power tools. Some tools will be provided. You will have your own set of basic hand tools.
  • A drug test may be required - we need you to be clean and drug-free. You will be working with the disabled and elderly, so a high level of professionalism is needed.
  • You must have the ability to navigate the internet and to use a laptop and know how to use programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook and CRM programs.
  • You will need to be able to show experience in research and how to use factory Tech Support Tools from various manufacturers while on-site to resolve sales, installation and repair issues.
