Job summary

CareLinc is seeking a Delivery Technician to pick up and distribute medical equipment to customers, while demonstrating proper use and safety. You will organize delivery vehicles and provide after-hours support with teammates, using a company smartphone for communications.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adherence to CARE standards, and maintaining inventory and equipment in a compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License and a driving record cleared by our insurance.
• Able to pass background check relevant to the position.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make things easy to understand.
• Kind, helpful attitude to support CARE values.
• Able to pass drug screening including marijuana.
• Commitment to confidentiality and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and distributes equipment to customers.
• Demonstrates and explains operation and proper use of medical equipment to customers/families/caregivers.
• Organizes and maintains delivery vehicles per policy.
• Provides after-hours coverage with other Delivery Technicians and manages on-the-job communications via smartphone.
• Assists with warehouse inventory, equipment cleanliness, and repairs per policy and regulations.
