Your Health Organization in the [LOCATION] area is seeking a Delivery Medical Associate (Driver) to transport durable medical equipment to facilities and homes. You will operate a delivery vehicle, verify equipment, and ensure safe, timely deliveries.

This full-time, salary-based role requires reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and strong communication. You will coordinate with dispatch, maintain records, and provide setup instructions to clients while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record; experience delivering medical equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge; willingness to travel between locations.
• Team player with sound judgment and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport Durable Medical Equipment.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle.
• Secure equipment to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify and document the condition of equipment upon delivery.
• Install and set up equipment at facilities and residences.
• Provide basic instructions to clients on initial use.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with dispatch for schedules and updates.
• Address client inquiries professionally.
• Maintain delivery records with signatures and times.
