Job summary

Lincare is the leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment, and clinical respiratory services. We are seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients, including equipment setup and patient education.

The role includes on-call rotations evenings/weekends, driving responsibilities, and maintaining vehicle safety. Lincare offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year professional driving experience.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required; knowledge of DOT/FMC regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain company-provided delivery vehicle, ensuring safety during loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with patients and internal team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and warehouse, adhering to FDA protocols.
• Work on-call rotation during evening and weekend hours to address patient medical emergencies.
