Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment and to educate patients on proper equipment use. The role involves following routes, maintaining equipment, and supporting patients in a compassionate, professional manner.

You will work on-call evenings/weekends and contribute to a team-focused, safety-conscious environment with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of professional driving experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required and able to meet DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and train patients on home medical equipment per orientation checklists.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules; maintain safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle and ensure safety during loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and team members.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings and weekends to address patient needs.
