Agiliti is seeking a Customer Service Technician I in Harrisburg, PA to safely deliver and manage medical equipment for a district office. You will educate customers on equipment features, handle documentation, and maintain accurate inventory records.

This role supports a 24/7 schedule with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Applicants should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Possess a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers.
• Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport back to the office.
• Educate customers on features and functionality during delivery.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing and inventory records.
