Job summary

Agiliti is hiring a Customer Service Technician I in Ashland, VA to safely load, transport and deliver medical equipment to healthcare facilities. You will educate customers on equipment features and complete documentation for billing and inventory.

Strong customer service and basic computer skills are required; a high school diploma and valid driver’s license are expected. 24/7 schedule flexibility may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Safe driving record per Agiliti policy.
• Customer service experience.
• Prior hospital setting experience is helpful.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk long periods.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers.
• Retrieves equipment from customer locations, safely transporting the equipment back to the office.
• Educate and engage customers at the time of delivery, keeping customers informed on the features and functionality of the equipment.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner to ensure accurate documentation for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
