Agiliti in Irving, TX is hiring a Customer Service Technician I for 2nd shift (1:30p-10p) with on-call rotation. You will load and deliver medical equipment, educate customers on features, and complete paperwork for billing and inventory.

You must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, strong customer service, and basic computer skills. Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Customer service experience; hospital setting helpful.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
