Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment and provide patient training on device use. Responsibilities include patient orientation, route adherence, vehicle safety, and on-call coverage in evenings/weekends.

Qualified candidates have a GED, valid driver's license, and at least one year of driving experience; healthcare background is a plus. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience is required.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet DOT/FMC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle, ensuring safety during loading/unloading
• Establish and maintain relations with patients and internal team members
• Maintain delivery vehicle and warehouse cleanliness, adhering to FDA protocols
• Work on-call rotation during evenings and weekends for patient emergencies
