Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver to join our team. You will educate patients on equipment use, troubleshoot issues, ensure proper and safe operation, and build trust through regular face-to-face interactions.

This position may also involve refilling oxygen cylinders as needed. Compensation ranges from $20–$22 per hour with health, dental, vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, matched 401k eligibility on day one, FSA, pet insurance, disability

Qualifications

• Face-to-face interaction with patients and facility partners.
• Ability to safely transport and set up DME equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 165 lbs and handle oxygen equipment.
• Pass background, motor vehicle record, drug tests, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport, deliver, and set up DME equipment and oxygen to patients' homes and facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear instructions on equipment use.
• Follow safety procedures for transporting oxygen and medical devices.
• Manage delivery route to meet service goals and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with equipment problems and resolve complaints professionally.
• Refill oxygen cylinders as needed.

Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver to join our team. This person is the face of the company for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life. You will educate patients on the use of their equipment, troubleshoot issues, check-in with patients to ensure proper and safe use of their equipment, and build trust with our customers through regular face-to-face interactions. This position may also include helping to refill oxygen cylinders as needed.
