Job summary

MSD offers an internship through the Future Talent Program in our Research Lab division. The 12-week internship supports education-related projects, literature reviews, and grant budgeting as part of IME grant review and Grant Ops teams.

You will gain hands-on experience in medical education, outcomes measurement, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to inform educational strategy and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a health sciences degree (Master, PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, PA or similar).
• Minimum junior/senior undergraduate standing in life sciences, public health, healthcare administration, education or related field.
• Preferred graduate-level training in Public Health, Pharmacy, Health Outcomes Research, Medical/Health Education, or Healthcare Quality Improvement

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature searches and summarize scientific/clinical evidence.
• Review outcomes reports from funded educational programs and assist with analyses.
• Support educational gap analyses and assessment of learning needs.
• Assist with grant budget tracking and financial review processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on grant-related activities
