MedSpeed in Oxnard, CA is seeking a part-time Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver. You will spend most of your day in a company-owned vehicle delivering lab specimens, medical records, and supplies, with emphasis on safe driving and professional client interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Must pass initial and random drug & alcohol screens.
• Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related materials in a company-owned vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanner to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Follow operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, neat vehicle.
• Adapt routes as needed and collaborate with teammates and clients.
