Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19+ with an active driver's license for 3 years.
• Dependable and reliable with good attendance.
• Able to adapt to technology and use hand-held devices.
• Follows procedures closely and adheres to safety rules.
• Can determine efficient routing between multiple points.
• Able to pass initial and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Maintains an excellent driving history.
• Vaccination status may be required per location mandates.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle varying item weights.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to transport lab specimens, records, and supplies.
• Operate a hand-held scanner to track items through routes.
• Inspect vehicle pre/post-trip and maintain cleanliness.
• Load/unload items and ensure safe handling.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Follow schedules and adapt to changing routes.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients to support operations.
• Support a collaborative MedSpeed team culture.
