Job summary

MedSpeed is hiring a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Milwaukee, WI. The role runs Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour and full-time status.

You will drive a company vehicle to transport medical items and ensure secure, compliant delivery with professional conduct. Expect to work on a weighty route, use scanners, and closely follow safety and routing procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willing to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screens.
• Comfortable using hand-held scanners and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, and supplies in a company vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Follow all operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload cargo with proper equipment and care.
• Demonstrate safe driving and courteous behavior at all times.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Adapt to route changes and work across routes as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients to support a strong MedSpeed team culture.
