Job summary

AVASearchGroup seeks a Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) for an onsite role in Western Colorado, near Clifton. You will develop precise radiation treatment plans and coordinate simulations, CT scans, contours, and localization to ensure accurate patient treatment.

Requirements include a CMD credential and at least three years of dosimetry experience; proficiency with Eclipse, Mosaiq, RadCalc, RadFormation, and Mobius is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop radiation treatment plans that deliver prescribed doses
• Coordinate simulations, CT scans, contours, localization, and port films

• Supervise therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Assist with brachytherapy procedures, beam modifiers, radiation surveys, and radioactive source maintenance
• Provide technical support to the Radiation Physicist

Clifton is 7 miles away, Fruita is 12 miles west and Palisade is 12 miles east, Glenwood Springs 1.5 hr drive and Aspen is 2.5 hours west
