Responsibilities

• Stage the resuscitation bay each shift — airway, access, meds — so nothing is hunted mid-code
• Carry GrowthLab Inc's team-oriented Chesapeake caseload while precepting the mid-level new grads behind you
• Own the tinker-friendly corner of the unit — the rooms others overlook get your full attention
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
• Carry both bedside care and the trust-based charting load GrowthLab Inc expects of a mid-level clinician
• Manage a freelance panel of chronic patients, calling between visits when Phlebotomy numbers drift
