NATURE COAST PRIMARY CARE PLLC in Crystal River, FL is seeking a MD or DO with a strong background in Medicare and managed care environments to join a patient-centered team. The candidate will manage chronic conditions in older adults and coordinate with care teams to improve health outcomes.

The role emphasizes value-based care principles, CMS compliance, and collaborative practice within an established coastal community.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain.
• Experience with Medicare and managed care populations preferred.
• Knowledge of value-based care, HEDIS, and risk adjustment coding is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
