Qualifications

• Provide clinical oversight and establish evidence-based occupational medicine care models.
• Partner with Occupational Health Operations leadership, urgent care clinicians, and specialists.
• Support medical oversight and clinical standards for employer-based Occupational Medicine contracts.
• Guide workplace injury management, medical surveillance, drug testing, Return-to-Work and Fitness-for-Duty programs.
• Identify opportunities to expand employer partnerships and enhance Occupational Medicine services.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical direction and strategic planning for systemwide Employee Health and Occupational Medicine services.
• Collaborate with hospital executives, corporate leadership, clinical departments, and community stakeholders.
• Oversee Return-to-Work (RTW) and Fitness-for-Duty (FFD) evaluations and clinical protocols.
