An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and dedicated veterinarian to step into a leadership role as a Medical Director at a well-established, AAHA-accredited veterinary practice in partnership with a network of top-tier partner hospitals. This is a unique chance to shape the future of veterinary care, lead a talented team, and contribute to a culture of excellence in a high-tech, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the overall medical care of patients, ensuring the highest standards of treatment and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of patients.
  • Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the veterinary team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and advance their careers within the practice.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the care their pets receive.
  • Work closely with partner hospitals to maintain high standards of care and integrate best practices across the network.
  • Ensure the clinic consistently meets AAHA standards and upholds a culture of excellence in all operations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A small animal veterinarian with at least 5 years of practice experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a veterinary team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, staff, and partner hospitals.
