The Medical Director will guide clinical direction, mentor veterinarians and staff, perform soft-tissue surgeries, and drive hospital growth in partnership with leadership while continuing to practice medicine in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited veterinary school.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Strong soft tissue surgical skills.
• Passion for coaching, collaboration, and team development.
• Growth mindset with a desire to help expand the practice.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to progressive, evidence-based medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership while maintaining an active clinical caseload.
• Perform routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries.
• Mentor and support associate veterinarians and support staff.
