Travis Country Animal Hospital in Austin, TX seeks a Lead/Managing Veterinarian to lead a busy, established small-animal practice. You’ll drive clinical excellence, mentor a team, and advance surgical care in a supportive, patient-centered setting.
The role offers leadership responsibilities, a collaborative culture, and the chance to shape the future of the practice while serving the Austin community.
Travis Country Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role at one of Austin's most established and well-regarded small animal practices. If you're a strong surgeon with the clinical confidence to lead a team this role was built for you.
This isn't a turnaround situation. Travis Country is a thriving, tenured practice with a strong client retention rate, a skilled support team, and tech-forward workflows that keep you focused on medicine. You'll walk into a practice that's already working well, and have the platform to make it even better.
Fully equipped with digital radiography (general and dental), Idexx in-house diagnostics, ultrasound, a dedicated surgery suite, wet tables in treatment, and four newly remodeled exam rooms.
You're a confident, high-volume surgeon who enjoys mentoring others and wants more than just a clinical role. You thrive in a collaborative environment and want your next move to mean something, not just for your career, but for the team and patients you'll lead.
