Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary degree (DVM) from an accredited university.
• Current state veterinary license active or to be obtained upon hire.
• DEA license (or obtained upon hire).
• USDA accreditation or obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the practice as Medical Director and drive clinical excellence.
• Oversee hospital remodel and future facility planning.
• Provide medical autonomy and guide clinical decisions for the team.
• Support ownership pathway through Partner Track and mentorship network.
