Plum Creek Animal Medical Center seeks a Medical Director Veterinarian to lead our established practice as we enter an exciting remodel phase. You will shape clinical direction, ensure medical autonomy, and mentor a 3-doctor team in a compassionate setting near Chicago.

The role offers flexible scheduling, relocation support, and a Partner Track pathway toward ownership, enabling you to influence both patient care and the practice’s future growth.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Degree from an accredited university.
• Current DEA license or license obtained upon hire.
• Active veterinary state license.
• USDA accreditation or obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee an upcoming hospital remodel and overall clinical vision.
• Provide medical leadership and autonomy to practice medicine.
• Collaborate with a strong veterinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
