Upperline Health is seeking a Medical Director for the Atlanta market to advance clinical excellence and lead value-based care initiatives.

The role blends patient care with clinical leadership and program management, overseeing nurse practitioners and other providers within the Upperline Plus VBC framework. Georgia licensure is required, with a preference for multi-state licensure and mobility within the market.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in relevant area.
• Active Georgia license.
• Approximately 5 years outpatient practice experience.
• Experience in value-based care and population health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight within Upperline Plus’ VBC program.
• Care for a small patient panel and coach NP teams.
• Lead clinical value-based care initiatives and process improvements.
