THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an ideal role for a licensed physician looking to stay involved in meaningful, innovative work without the demands of a traditional clinical schedule.

As Medical Director, you'll :

• Provide remote oversight to a team of experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates.
• Review and approve protocols, treatment plans on a daily basis.
• Oversee prescription processing.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and corporate clinical policies.
• Participate in 12 virtual check-ins monthly with the Area Developer and VP of Operations.
• Offer clinical availability for questions or urgent support (non-emergency) on a limited basis.

This is a non-clinical, remote, and low-hour commitment role approximately 8-10 hours per month.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ Years clinical experience
• Active and unrestricted MD or DO license in the state of Florida
• Board-certified in any specialty (Internal Med, Family Med, Endocrinology or related fields a plus)
• Familiarity with hormone therapy, peptides, and wellness medicine
• Comfort using EMR platforms and remote communication tools
• Willingness to be listed on clinic license and serve as clinical supervisor
