Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric or family practice with leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for a panel of seniors with multiple chronic conditions.
• Oversee and support PCPs and NPs to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
• Drive quality and cost outcomes through value-based care initiatives.
• Lead leadership development, operations training, and medical economics education.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists and holistic health services teams.
• Contribute to the center's financial and operational performance.
