Job summary

Gobravvo seeks a Medical Director – Primary Care in Chicago, IL to lead outpatient teams delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care for seniors with complex conditions. This full-time physician-led role emphasizes relationship-driven care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing professional development.

You will mentor PCPs and NPs, champion value-based care, and oversee clinical training while supporting the organization’s mission to improve access to high-quality primary

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• At least one year of clinical experience in geriatric or primary care settings.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of outpatient primary care for seniors with complex needs.
• Mentor and supervise PCPs and NPs to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Lead value-based care initiatives and drive quality and cost-effective results.
• Oversee training programs including leadership development and care pathways.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists and integrate holistic services into care plans.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor outcomes and inform care strategies.
