Job description

• A successful practice is hiring in the suburbsof Denver, Colorado
• This group manages several Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Medical Director overseeing physician and APP's
• Providers travel to a couple sites per day (never more than 4)
• Offering the highest compensation in the market for SNF work

Compensation

• 250,000 base and potential to earn $300,000
• Very minimal overnight call coverage
• 20 days of PTO
• CME : 3 days off and $2,000 stipend
• 3,600 per year towards your health insurance (3 plans to choose from)
• 401k with 3% match (max of $6,000)
• 100% coverage for employee's Dental
• 100% coverage for employee's Vision
